Waste water and the purification tax

When it comes to water sanitation, SIG works for you. What becomes of the water that leaves your sink, toilets, drains and gutters? From collecting it to treating it, we’re skilled in all things sanitation.

Sanitation begins by separating wastewater and rainwater. Unpolluted rainwater is rejected in the nearest stream or river and used water is transported towards a treatment station (STEP) for purification.
