L’apprentissage permet aux jeunes d’acquérir l’expérience et l’expertise nécessaires pour se préparer professionnellement à entrer sur le marché du travail.

On constate un fossé entre ce qui est enseigné aux étudiantes et aux étudiants à l’école et ce qui est attendu d'elles/d’eux au moment de leur entrée dans le monde professionnel. L’apprentissage à SIG te permettra de développer ton talent en vue de ton futur emploi.

Nous offrons un parcours de formation d’excellence en te donnant la possibilité de suivre une formation de 3 ou 4 ans pour l’obtention d’un Certificat Fédéral de Capacité (CFC), avec ou sans Maturité Professionnelle. Quel que soit ton choix, tu bénéficieras d’un accompagnement individuel par des responsables de stage expérimentés et deux responsables d’apprentissage hautement qualifiés (commissaire et/ou expert aux examens professionnels).

Each year, SIG trains commercial maturity trainees whose main aim is to participate in the company's administrative activities.

Schedule
January - February: publication of apprenticeship offers (on our website and in the press in particular).
March - April: aptitude tests and selection of candidates.
May: signing of contracts.
Conditions of appointment
To be less than 18 years of age at the beginning of the first year of the apprenticeship.
Pass an aptitude test.

Suite à l’analyse de ton dossier, nous te contacterons pour t’inviter, le cas échéant, à participer aux tests d’aptitude.

3. Entretien
C’est notre chance pour apprendre à mieux te connaître, comprendre tes objectifs, découvrir tes compétences, connaître tes passions. Tu pourras poser toutes les questions que tu souhaites à nos responsables d’apprentissage.

4. Présélection
Notre équipe va regarder ton dossier et si tes références correspondent à nos besoins, nous te contacterons pour faire un stage.

5. Engagement
Pour terminer, si tu as réussi, nous te proposons un contrat d’apprentissage et t’expliquons ton salaire, tes avantages, et autres questions en lien avec les conditions de travail à SIG.

En novembre 2017, SIG a reçu le Prix de la meilleure entreprise formatrice 2017 dans la catégorie « grandes entreprises ». Cette récompense salue l’engagement de SIG dans le domaine de l’encadrement et de la formation professionnelle des jeunes.

SIG a été pour la troisième année consécutive désignée comme entreprise formatrice favorable au sport de performance grâce au Label Swiss Olympic qui récompense les établissements de formation qui acceptent de se doter de programmes adaptés aux besoins des jeunes talents sportifs suisses.
