The network of supply and distribution for drinking water is composed of 1,270 km of pipes, two lake water pumping and treatment stations, one station for replenishing the water table, 14 wells that pump water from the water table, 21 pumping stations and 10 reservoirs.150 employees serve 500,000 consumers.

This is an area of expertise in which SIG is involved, with the aim of supplying quality drinking water to Geneva citizens.
